MAGTF currently has two levels of membership:

LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMBER - For active, part-time or retired Law Enforcement Officers and certain members of Law Enforcement agencies with special security clearances. This level of membership allows access to Intelligence and other information of a sensitive nature. It also allows you access to all training opportunities and the ability to participate in community based programs with MAGTF.

COMMUNITY PARTNER - For non-sworn members of public service agencies, community groups, school districts or private businesses and corporations. Allows you access to non-sensitive information, training opportunities and the ability to participate in community based programs with MAGTF.

MAGTF membership requires a $35.00* annual membership fee.
Your tax deductible membership fee is applied January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year, regardless of when you join. These fees are used to fund the daily operations and community outreach efforts of MAGTF. Membership dues are non-refundable upon any resignation or termination of membership unless approved by the MAGTF Executive Board in compliance with MAGTF By-Laws.

*Any agency who signs up 4 or more members at the same time will receive a discounted rate of $20.00 per person. Membership dues also count toward a discounted registration fee for all MAGTF training events.

All applicants to the Metro Area Graffiti Task Force (MAGTF) do so voluntarily, without expecting any compensation from MAGTF and with the below signed consent of their supervisor or other employer representative, if applicable. Applicants are hereby informed that any information they share with MAGTF is done so with the consent of their employer and in compliance with State and Federal laws and any applicable rules or regulations of their employer. MAGTF is comprised of members of various government and private agencies who participate in MAGTF on a completely voluntary basis. By listing your employer’s name on this application or by MAGTF listing the name of your employer on any materials or publications, MAGTF in no way implies their endorsement. MAGTF operates through private funding and operates independently from any listed agencies or other entities.

Applications/Renewals are reviewed by the MAGTF Executive Board once received. Once an application is reviewed, the applicant will be notified of the Executive Board’s decision. All decisions are final. Membership fees are applied January 1st through December 31st of each calendar year, regardless of application date. Memberships may be revoked or suspended by the Executive Board according to MAGTF By-Laws. Members may also resign their membership from MAGTF at any time. Refunds will not be issued in the event of membership revocations, suspensions or resignations.
